The role demands proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection as mandatory skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) is essential for creating accurate building models and design plans aligned with project specifications.<\/li>
  • Experience with Navisworks (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and review 3D models for project insights and improvements.<\/li>
  • Skilled in clash detection (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless integration between different design elements and preventing construction conflicts.<\/li>
  • Construction documentation expertise to provide detailed drawings and specifications crucial for the construction phase.<\/li>
  • Knowledge of landscape architecture is vital for integrating design elements harmoniously within project models.<\/li>
  • Landscape modeling proficiency to ensure precise representation of natural and built environments in BIM models.<\/li>
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD to complement BIM modeling with high-quality 2D drafting and detailing.<\/li>
  • Strong BIM coordination skills to facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and integrate diverse project elements seamlessly.

    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient and seamless information exchange and integrate updates into BIM models.<\/li>
    • Enhance project efficiency through implementation and management of BIM workflows and processes.<\/li>
    • Support project design and delivery teams with accurate modeling and data management to ensure project success.<\/li>
    • Participate in project meetings and design reviews, providing insights into project modeling and coordination aspects.
