<\/strong>Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with proven good Revit skills to deliver our BIM strategy and processes to subcontractors and partners. As a BIM Engineer you will work under the direction of the Project BIM coordinator\/Manager. You must ensure that the BIM processes for our high-voltage substations and power plants are in line with the internal BIM procedures.

Roles And Sesponsibilities

<\/strong>\uf0a7 Professional use of BIM authoring and BIM Tools to create complete and accurate information models. Hence to enrich BIM models with crucial data and information

\uf0a7 management of project outputs such as drawings or 3D documents (plans, sections, schedules, etc.)

\uf0a7 collaboration and continuous support in the work team

\uf0a7 coordination with clients and contractors

\uf0a7 control in the closure and delivery of the work.

Job Description

<\/strong>General responsibilities:

<\/strong>
  • Execute & analysis, design, test, or integration required to define and support systems that meet business standards and program \/ product requirements.<\/li>
  • Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers.<\/li>
  • Document and communicate results of technical data generated.<\/li>
  • Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives.<\/li>
  • Share engineering information and promote open dialogue.<\/li>
  • Prepare invention disclosures to protect the technology that provides a competitive advantage to the business.<\/li>
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and\/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

    <\/li><\/ul>Essential Responsibilities

    <\/strong>
    • Design, preparation, and review of indoor\/outdoor equipment layout includes general arrangement, civil interface\/civil guides drawing, and installation (erection) drawings for AIS\/GIS substations in Revit 3D tool.<\/li>
    • Review the electrical\/maintenance clearances for indoor\/outdoor substation areas.<\/li>
    • Design, preparation, and review of cable trenches, cable tray\/ladder and conduits routing for overall substation.<\/li>
    • Design optimized substation & buildings layouts integrating all the required equipment considering their installation, operation, and maintenance constraints.<\/li>
    • Support answers to client, partners & suppliers technical queries related to plant engineering.<\/li>
    • Support projects design and gate reviews<\/li>
    • Support the projects as a BIM Modeler or BIM Coordinator based on project environment and its needs.<\/li>
    • Coordination with BIM Manager to support implementation of BIM execution plan on large complex projects.<\/li>
    • Knowledge of ACC or BIM360 Admin and project functionalities.<\/li>
    • Proficient in Revit 3D substation Modelling design.<\/li>
    • Support continuous improvement within plant engineering discipline.

      <\/li><\/ul>Specialized Competency (Add-on)

      <\/strong>
      • Project Engineering working experience with AIS\/ GIS Substations,<\/li>
      • Project Engineering working knowledge with HVDC\/FACTS integrated project applications will be preferred.

        <\/li><\/ul>Qualifications And Skills

        <\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Electrical\/ Mechanical\/ Civil Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited college or university with a minimum 4+ years of experience on Substation project engineering.

        Proficiency in required CAD design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD construction cloud, and Navisworks, 3D competences)

        • Experience with civil, mechanical, and electrical layouts drawings<\/li>
        • Analytical mind, rigorous and commitment<\/li>
        • Professional English spoken and written.<\/li>
        • Coaching skills in particular 3D tools and design\/review software<\/li>
        • Strong knowledge and preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules and construction documents using Revit 3D.<\/li>
        • Clash resolving in Navisworks manage and good working knowledge in BIM 360 & ACC.
